Mission Sunday – Third Sunday of the Month

We call the third Sunday of each month “Mission Sunday”, because it is the designated service for a special collection we call Cents-Ability or 5 Cents-a-Meal.
This is the time we encourage everyone to donate 5 cents for each meal they and their family eat in a month. That adds up to a small amount – $4.50 per person – making a huge impact. This offering is a small first step in the battle against hunger and poverty.
