Celtic Service

Posted on 07 Jan 2019

This week, we offered our worship to God using the style, liturgy and prayers of the Celtic tradition.

As the Presbyterian church was founded in and grew in Scotland and Northern Ireland in the 16th century, the Celtic tradition is from this same area of the world from a much earlier time – the ninth and tenth centuries. And while some of the words, sights and sounds may be different than we are used to, as with every service of genuine worship, all praise and honor are offered only to our God through the Lord Jesus.

Robert Johnson offered his testimony as part of this week’s service.
