Hey everyone, the mission team is planning a hands-on service project with Real Life. We will be helping with preparing garden beds at one of the Real Life Recovery Houses on Saturday morning June 14. This is a fun project for all ages and we will plan to have lunch together afterwards. No specific skills needed just a willingness to play in the dirt!

Join us for an informal time of yoga here at the church. We’ll meet on the first and third Monday, in Hanover Hall, March 18 through May 20. The class starts PROMPTLY at 6 pm. All you need to bring is a yoga mat, and an optional water bottle. Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing.
Classes will include building strength in the core, balance in the body, and increasing flexibility and range of motion. Calm your mind, feel alive and revived.
There is no charge for the class. No experience is necessary. The class will be led by Carolyn Shute. For more information, contact Carolyn.
