Serve with Love. Feed with Hope.
New Hanover is excited to launch Project Pie 2025 — a heartfelt effort to bring our community together and make a real difference. Once again, our Top Chef, Tracey Sigmon is baking up delicious homemade pies, and every dollar raised will go directly toward helping alleviate food insecurity in the Richmond area, where the need for support has grown significantly. Harvest Time Community Outreach, in Mechanicsville, is one of our local mission partners who will receive funds from Project Pie to stock their food pantry. The other is a low resource Hanover Elementary School where we will be purchasing tote bags and filling them with food for them to take home to help feed their families over the 2-week Christmas break. Families in need have been identified by their school.
Our Mission team is paying for all the baking supplies and will match funds raised up to $3,000. By purchasing a pie, you’re not just enjoying a sweet or savory treat—you’re helping provide food and hope to neighbors in need. Together, we can make an impact that truly matters, one pie at a time.
Order yours today and help us spread warmth, kindness, and care throughout our community!
